Obermeyer Hydro, Inc., a leading international supplier of large scale water control gates is looking for controls engineers for design of life-safety critical control systems to meet stringent customer specifications. Responsibilities include PLC program design, coding, testing, stability analysis, standardization and translation between platforms (various models from Siemens, Square D, Allen Bradley, etc.) as well as technical oversight of controls fabrication department and testing of completed control systems in hardware-in-the-loop simulations and in job site environments. Experience with pneumatic systems, lightning protection, hydroelectric facilities, remote data links, and solar power systems for controls, and project management is desirable. BSEE required. Some domestic and international travel required.
